Hello! My name is Lisa Milisivana and I am the Director of Lambertville Academy.
I attended Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania where I received a B.A. in Communications and completed the programs for Early Childhood and Elementary Education in 2003. I have worked in a variety of school settings before coming to Lambertville Academy including public, private and Montessori schools.
I have been with Lambertville Academy since 2007. Since then, I have been Senior Teaching Staff for the Pre-K class as well as the School Age After-Care Program. Before becoming Director in 2015, I also worked as an Administrative Support Staff since 2010.
In addition to having the privilege of working with young children, I enjoy spending time with my nieces, reading and traveling to warm places! I live in Westampton, NJ with my husband, Michael I love coming to work every day and being able to watch your children grow!

Alicia Roman
Hello! My name is Alicia Roman and I am the Lead Teacher with the PS I class in the Green Room!
I graduated from Delaware Valley Regional High School and received my Bachelor’s degree in Business from Stockton University. I am looking forward to starting the CDA credential this Fall!
I have had experience working with children from a young age. I’ve always enjoyed helping out and spending time with my younger brothers and cousins. I also have a little one of my own who was born January 2023, her name is Savannah!
In my free time, I like watching movies, going on hikes, spending time with my family and going new places!
I have been a part of the Lambertville Academy community since 2020. I am so excited to lead the Green Room and work with each and every one of your children. I can’t wait to help them flourish to their full potential!

Christie Heutmaker
Hello! My name is Christie Heutmaker and I am the Senior Teacher in the Green Room with the Preschool I class.
I am a graduate of The College of New Jersey where I majored in Elementary Education and Women’s and Gender Studies. Before coming to The Academy, I taught a variety of different ages at The Goddard School of Ewing and worked at Big Bear Natural Foods in Lambertville.
I enjoy spending my free time with my family-my husband, Ross and our son, Ewan and our three cats! Some of my hobbies include baking and cooking, going on walks and building miniatures. I also love traveling, spending weekends at my parents’ trailer in the Pine Barrens and watching scary movies at the Mahoning Drive-In Theatre. I’m excited to return to LA after my maternity leave!

Hello! My name is Carrie Nasile and I am the Assistant Teacher in the Green Room with the PSI class.
I have been working with young children for 7 years. I have worked with children from infancy to age 5. I enjoy all ages and love watching the children enjoy learning new things every day.
I have been a lifelong resident of Hopewell Township. I had such a great experience growing up along the Delaware River with my 8 older siblings! My husband, Jerry, and I have 2 children and now 2 beautiful grandchildren. It is such a joy being a mother and now a grandmother!
I love to read, spend time with my grandchildren, travel and take walks and golfing. I enjoy coming in to work each day to see the children’s smiles and to receive their hugs. What a way to start the day!
I am so excited to be back and working with your children after the stay-at-home order was lifted. Although I enjoyed the time cooking and cleaning at home, I love being at LA with all of our friends in the Green Room!

Brenda Biagomba
Hi! My name is Brenda Biagomba and I am an assistant/floater teacher who primarily works in the blue room.
I am currently a student at Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) studying visual arts. My ultimate goal is to become a high school art teacher and children’s book illustrator.
I have worked with children in a variety of settings for about 10 years now. I am absolutely passionate about helping children connect with their creativity and I firmly believe that every child is an artist.
In my spare time, I love to make digital art. I love to combine my love of sci-fi and fantasy with my love of fashion and create sci-fi and fantasy-inspired fashion illustrations. I also coach youth cheerleading and love traveling and spending time with my family and friends.
I look forward to being a part of all of the children’s educational journeys at Lambertville Academy!

Maryann musselman (mare)
Hello! My name is MaryAnn Musselman (Mare). I joined the Lambertville Academy in August 2023. I am the Lead Teacher in the Preschool II classroom. I have worked in a variety of school settings before coming to Lambertville Academy.
I live in New Hope with my husband, John. We have three children Lauren, Caitlin and Matthew. I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and I have been teaching since 1985!
I will provide a warm, loving, caring and nurturing environment for your child. I am looking forward to watching the children learn and grow while they are in my care.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy gardening, reading and traveling!

Hello! My name is Shianne Howard and I joined Lambertville Academy in 2019. I am an Assistant Teacher in the Yellow Room with the PS II class and I love it still!
I grew up in Lambertville and when I was younger, I attended the Academy myself! In my spare time, I love concerts, movies and spending time with my big fur-baby, Bane! I am so excited to help teach your little ones and watch them grow! This Fall, I will be starting my CDA credential.
My favorite aspect of working with the Yellow Room is watching all of our friends develop their own personalities, whether it’s with a whisper or a shout, it is a joy to witness!
I’m happy to have the opportunity to e here to help our friends learn and grow. I also hope to get to know you all in the future!

Hello! My name is Chandrani Chowdhury and I am the Pre-K Lead Teacher in the Blue Room!
I have my Master’s degree in American Literature and Gender Studies from Calcutta University in India. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the same University in Elementary Education and English Literature.
When I’m not at Lambertville Academy, I love spending time with my family in Yardley, PA. My husband and I have 2 daughters, my oldest is in middle school and my youngest is off to Kindergarten this year. I also love to sing and I am classically trained!
I love seeing young budding minds growing and developing through the days, months and years. For me, there is no other job as rewarding as teaching young children!

Hi! My name is Latifah Howard and I am the Assistant Teacher with the PS I class in the Green Room.
I recently graduated from South Hunterdon Regional High School. I plan on furthering my education and gaining my degree in Criminal Justice.
I like to spend my free time watching movies and YouTube and with my family and friends.

Chris Keeton
Hi! My name is Chris Keeton and I am the School Age Program Supervisor. I have been with the Lambertville Academy family since 2014.
I enjoy creating opportunities for kids to experience nature in Lambertville and coordinating hands-on activities at the Academy.
I have worked with children of all ages throughout my life as a mentor and coach.
I mainly work with the School Age programs (Before and After Care) but can also be found working with the PS II or Pre-K classes!

Ty Murray
I’m Mr. Ty! I am the School Age After Care Assistant Teacher but I’m no stranger to the blue and yellow rooms who I get to see every day when closing the school. Currently I am studying psychology and secondary education at Arcadia University.
In my free time I enjoy photography, reading, watching very old movies, and trading card games. So you might hear I’ve been playing Magic the Gathering or Pokémon with the kids!
I’m excited to be a part of the Lambertville Academy team!
