Meet Our TeaM

Lisa Milisivana, Director

Hello! My name is Lisa Milisivana and I am the Director of Lambertville Academy.

I attended Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania where I received a B.A. in Communications and completed the programs for Early Childhood and Elementary Education in 2003. I have worked in a variety of school settings before coming to Lambertville Academy including public, private and Montessori schools.

I have been with Lambertville Academy since 2007.  Since then, I have been Senior Teaching Staff for the Pre-K class as well as the School Age After-Care Program.  Before becoming Director in 2015, I also worked as an Administrative Support Staff since 2010.

In addition to having the privilege of working with young children, I enjoy spending time with my nieces, reading and traveling to warm places!  I live in Westampton, NJ with my husband, Michael  I love coming to work every day and being able to watch your children grow!

Yvonne Taylor

Yvonne Taylor, Administrative Assistant

Hello everyone! My name is Yvonne Taylor!  You can find me in the office with Ms. Lisa as Lambertville Academy’s Administrative Assistant.  I have been with Fisherman’s Mark for 3 years, previously as a preschool teacher and a program coordinator.  I have been a resident of Lambertville for 10 years, and of Hunterdon County for 21 years.
I plan to continue earning certifications in Early Childhood Development and using my work experience of 18 years in childcare, to provide my best care and learning experience for your children. 
Prior to coming to Lambertville Academy, I’ve worked as a Lead Teacher with infants and young toddlers for the past five years, and as a director designee for one year. 
My passion for childcare started while I was in high school working with the local YMCA aftercare programs. I graduated from Hunterdon Central High School and then from Harris School of Business focusing on education fields allied in business and health. 
In my free time I enjoy pursuing my massage career, spending time with my son and our local community! 

PS II Green Room

Christie Heutmaker

Hello! My name is Christie Heutmaker and I am the Senior Teacher in the Green Room with the Preschool I class.

I am a graduate of The College of New Jersey where I majored in Elementary Education and Women’s and Gender Studies.  Before coming to The Academy, I taught a variety of different ages at The Goddard School of Ewing and worked at Big Bear Natural Foods in Lambertville.

I enjoy spending my free time with my family-my husband, Ross and our son, Ewan and our three cats!  Some of my hobbies include baking and cooking, going on walks and building miniatures.  I also love traveling, spending weekends at my parents’ trailer in the Pine Barrens and watching scary movies at the Mahoning Drive-In Theatre.  I’m excited to return to LA after my maternity leave!

Sue Antos

Hello! My name is Sue Antos and I am the Assistant Teacher in the Green Room with the PSI class.

I have been working with young children for 20 years and was first introduced to Lambertville Academy when I was a nanny for one of our alumni families! I have worked with children from infancy to school age. I enjoy all ages and love watching the children enjoy learning new things every day!

I have lived in Stockton, NJ for the last 26 years. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, my dog and two cats, baking, crocheting and gardening.

Kayla Molnar

Hello! My name is Kayla Molnar and I am the Assistant Teacher in the Green Room with the PSI class.

My calling to childcare all started with my big family! Growing up with 5 other siblings and the oldest meant there was always a baby in the house. As you can imagine, I’ve gained a lot of experience. It wasn’t until I got older that I came to realize I wanted to take on a career in childcare!

I graduated from South Hunterdon Regional High School in 2020 and began my career at The Learning Experience in Princeton. I spent the last year there, gaining more experience working with children ages 2-2 ½.. I realized I wanted to be closer to home and to grow in a tight knit community, such as Lambertville. I’ve had the privilege to grow up here… so why not give back to where I grew up!

In my free time, I love trying new restaurants, rock climbing/dancing, watching live music, going on hikes, watching sunsets, thrifting, baking, and spending time with people I love.

PS II Yellow Room

Maryann musselman (mare)

Hello!  My name is MaryAnn Musselman (Mare).  I joined the Lambertville Academy in August 2023.  I am the Lead Teacher in the Preschool II classroom.  I have worked in a variety of school settings before coming to Lambertville Academy.

I live in New Hope with my husband, John.  We have three children Lauren, Caitlin and Matthew.  I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and I have been teaching since 1985!

I will provide a warm, loving, caring and nurturing environment for your child.  I am looking forward to watching the children learn and grow while they are in my care.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.  I also enjoy gardening, reading and traveling!

Shianne Howard

Hello!  My name is Shianne Howard and I joined Lambertville Academy in 2019.  I am an Assistant Teacher in the Yellow Room with the PS II class and I love it still! 

I grew up in Lambertville and when I was younger, I attended the Academy myself!  In my spare time, I love concerts, movies and spending time with my big fur-baby, Bane!  I am so excited to help teach your little ones and watch them grow!  This Fall, I will be starting my CDA credential.

My favorite aspect of working with the Yellow Room is watching all of our friends develop their own personalities, whether it’s with a whisper or a shout, it is a joy to witness!

I’m happy to have the opportunity to e here to help our friends learn and grow.  I also hope to get to know you all in the future!

PK Blue Room

Chandrani Chowdhury

Hello!  My name is Chandrani Chowdhury and I am the   Pre-K Lead Teacher in the Blue Room!

I have my Master’s degree in American Literature and Gender Studies from Calcutta University in India.  I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the same University in Elementary Education and English Literature.

When I’m not at Lambertville Academy, I love spending time with my family in Yardley, PA.  My husband and I have 2 daughters, my oldest is in middle school and my youngest is off to Kindergarten this year.  I also love to sing and I am classically trained!

I love seeing young budding minds growing and developing through the days, months and years.  For me, there is no other job as rewarding as teaching young children!

Latifah Howard

Hi! My name is Latifah Howard and I am the Assistant Teacher with the PK class in the Blue Room.

I joined the Lambertville Academy family in 2021! I love working with the kids and getting to know all of their personalities!

In my free time, I like to listen to music, watch my favorite movies and hang out with friends and family.

I look forward to seeing the Blue Room children learn and grow!

School Age Program

Chris Keeton

Hi! My name is Chris Keeton and I am the School Age Program Supervisor.  I have been with the Lambertville Academy family since 2014.

I enjoy creating opportunities for kids to experience nature in Lambertville and coordinating hands-on activities at the Academy.

I have worked with children of all ages throughout my life as a mentor and coach.

I mainly work with the School Age programs (Before and After Care) but can also be found working with the PS II or Pre-K classes!

James Campbell

My name is James Campbell and I joined the Lambertville Academy family in 2024.  I am the School Age After Care Assistant Teacher but you’ll also find me with our Blue and Yellow Room friends before dismissal and at the end of the day!
 
When I’m not at Lambertville Academy, I enjoy cooking, watching movies and creating art using different mediums.
 
I am excited to be a part of the Lambertville Academy team!

Devin Corey

Hello!  My name is Ms. Devin and I work with both the School Age After Care program and the Green Room friends!  I started working at Lambertville Academy in May of 2022 and have enjoyed working in all of the classrooms!

When I’m not at Lambertville Academy, I love traveling, art, music and visiting friends in the City.  I have always looked forward to getting to know all of the Lambertville Academy families better!  I am very excited to be a part of the team!
